- Strong UX-focused Product Design Profile
- Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 8+ YOE in Product Design, with a focus on UX Research, Designs and Design Operations, primarily in the B2B domain
- Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong experience with Large-scale B2B Enterprise products, and should be leading multiple verticals in the ERP products
- Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have strong experience in Project Management and Design operations – Like leading Design sprints, team task allocation, delivery planning and estimation
- Mandatory (Designation) – Must be Manager / Staff or above designation in Current role
- Mandatory (Team Managememt) – Must have atleast recent 2+ YOE as a Team Manager (Not mentoring, should be in a complete Manager role)
- Mandatory (Portfolio) – Must have strong B2B Products Case Studies for Complex B2B Enterprise level applications, with multiple connected modules (Dont want just simple UI screens in portfolio)
- Mandatory (Company) – Large-Scale B2B SaaS / Enterprise-level Products
